Your own online ordering page — at 0% commission
Your menu at sevasangam.com/your-restaurant. Customers open the link, pick dishes, and the order lands in your app — accept, deliver, get paid by UPI straight into your bank. No commission on any order, ever. The aggregators can keep bringing you new faces; your regulars order direct.
14-day free trial · no credit card · your menu online in one evening
If this is where your margin goes, you are why we built this
- A quarter of every online bill leaves as commission before you have paid for the chicken, the gas or the cook.
- The "discount" on the app is funded by you, but the customer thanks the app for it.
- The money from Saturday night arrives some day next week, minus deductions you need a spreadsheet to decode.
- A customer has ordered from you forty times and you do not know their name — the platform owns them, not you.
- Your best dishes sit under a competitor's sponsored listing on your own restaurant's page.
- Raise menu prices to cover the commission, and the same platform flags you for price parity.
What you actually get
A menu page that takes real orders, not a PDF
Your dishes with photos, categories and prices at your own link. Customers add to a cart and place the order — it lands in the app with a number, and one tap moves it from accepted to on-the-way to delivered, with live status the customer can watch.
0% commission — the subscription is the whole price
SevaSangam is software, not a marketplace. You pay a flat monthly subscription and nothing per order. Two hundred orders or two thousand — the price is the same, and the margin on every plate stays yours.
UPI straight to your bank, GST bill done right
Every order converts to a proper GST bill in one tap — 5% restaurant rate, your GSTIN on the document — with a UPI QR the customer scans. The money goes directly from their UPI app to your bank account; it never passes through us, and there is no settlement cycle to wait out.
A QR code that turns tables and counters into order channels
Share the link anywhere links go — a QR sticker on the table, the counter, the delivery bag, your Instagram bio, your Google listing. Anyone who scans sees the live menu and can order. No app for the customer to install.
Chat on the menu page, answered from your menu
Customers ask "is the biryani spicy?" instead of filling forms. Your page has chat built in, and Asha — the AI receptionist — answers from your menu and prices in the customer's language, capturing the order when they are ready. Every conversation lands in one inbox.
Corporate and bulk customers at their own rates
The office that orders forty lunches every Friday can get its own negotiated price list and khata credit limit. They log in on your page with an OTP, see their rates, and order — no phone calls, no renegotiating every week.
What you are probably comparing this to
An honest answer, because the trade-offs are real and pretending otherwise would waste your time.
Swiggy / Zomato
They bring two things you cannot easily replace: discovery by strangers and a delivery fleet. SevaSangam replaces neither — it gives your DIRECT channel: the regulars, the walk-ins, the society WhatsApp groups, the Instagram followers. Those orders should not cost you a quarter of the bill. Many restaurants run both: aggregators for new customers, their own page for everyone who already knows them.
A custom website or ordering app (₹40,000+ to build)
A one-time site goes stale the week your menu changes, and it still needs something to manage the orders behind it. Your SevaSangam page is live the day you sign up, the menu updates from your phone, and the same app runs your orders, billing and GST.
Taking orders on the phone and in DMs
Free, until the kitchen is loud and two orders are lost in a scroll of messages. A structured order has a number, items, quantities and an address — and it becomes a GST bill in one tap instead of a shouted total.
Questions restaurant owners ask us
How will customers find my page?
You bring them — that is the honest answer. Put the QR on tables, the counter and delivery bags, the link in your Instagram bio and Google listing, and send it to your regulars. SevaSangam is not a marketplace; it makes the customers you already reach cost you nothing per order.
How do customers pay?
Directly to you. Each bill carries a UPI QR and payment link tied to your own UPI ID, and cash on delivery or pickup works like it always has. The money never passes through SevaSangam and there is no commission or settlement cycle.
Who delivers the order?
You do — your own rider, or the customer picks it up. SevaSangam tracks the order status (accepted, on the way, delivered) and keeps the customer informed, but it is not a delivery fleet.
Is the billing right for a restaurant?
Yes — restaurant GST at 5% is the default for your menu items, your GSTIN goes on every bill, and GSTR-1 is prepared each month. If you also sell packaged items at other rates, each item carries its own rate.
What does it cost?
Solo is ₹299/month, Team is ₹799/month for up to 10 staff, and Pro is ₹1,999/month. No per-order fee on any plan. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card.
How long does it take to put my menu up?
An evening. Add dishes with prices from your phone, drop in photos for the bestsellers first, and share the link. You can import a big menu from a spreadsheet in one go.
