Customer payment कैसे करता है?
सीधे आपको। हर bill पर आपकी अपनी UPI ID का QR और payment link होता है, और delivery या pickup पर cash हमेशा की तरह चलता है। पैसा SevaSangam से होकर नहीं गुज़रता — न commission, न settlement cycle।
Deliver कौन करेगा?
आप — आपका अपना rider, या customer ख़ुद pickup कर लेता है। SevaSangam order का status track करता है (accepted, on the way, delivered) और customer को बताता रहता है, पर यह delivery fleet नहीं है।
क्या billing restaurant के हिसाब से सही है?
हाँ — menu items पर restaurant का 5% GST default है, हर bill पर आपका GSTIN जाता है, और GSTR-1 हर महीने तैयार होता है। Packaged items दूसरे rate पर बेचते हों तो हर item का अपना rate होता है।
कीमत क्या है?
Solo ₹299/महीना, 10 staff तक Team ₹799/महीना, और Pro ₹1,999/महीना। किसी plan में per-order fee नहीं। हर plan 14 दिन free trial से शुरू होता है, credit card नहीं चाहिए।
